Program Coordinator

Nikia Brown

Nikia has worked and been associated with NIA for over 15 years. She began as a youth counselor, has taught dance, been an assistant pre-k teacher and has returned to PA after pursuing career as a professional dancer, dance/arts educator and director. She now works in the capacity as our Program Coordinator and School Administrator. During the summer months her role doubles as Camp Group Leader for the Elementary Campers (ages 8-12 years).

Nicole Gordon

Nicole has been working professionally in the fitness industry for over 7 years. Her modalities include Zumba, Aqua, Kids Fitness, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training and Group Fitness. Nicole enjoys making fitness accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. She has been a part of the NIA family since the very beginning. She has been a camp counselor, role model and mentor for the students at NIA. She is currently a Kid fitness coach and designs the athletic-fitness curriculum at NIA.

Tydeara Wyche

Tydeara has worked with NIA during several phases of her life. She began volunteering at NIA, through completing High School Community service hours. She later became a camp counselor-in- training and worked her way up the ranks.  Tydeara has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern University.  She is a Leader in our After School Program and Teaches our younger school age campers during the summer months.  Ms. Wyche enjoys sharing great stories with her younger- school age group.  She exemplifies part of NIA's Mission which is "Developing World Class Leaders".

Floater Teacher

Sharon Dileo

Sharon has been a part of the NIA family for over 20 years.  She began as a dedicated parent volunteer at NIA.  She has raised five remarkably gifted and exceptional boys.  She works in the school district of Horsham, PA.  She is a floater instructor and Summer Camp Assistant Teacher at NIA Summer Enrichment Camp.
